The Fight for Driver’s Licenses is excited to announce that we will be holding a Fight for Driver’s Licenses Day on May 13th. During this day we will be in Harrisburg, having legislative visits in the morning and holding workshops during the afternoon.
Trainings & Centers
Starting Friday evening, April 19th, community leaders from around the region gathered for the Spring 2013 Media Institute. At the Institute we came together to learn media skills and strategy to deepen our organizing and movement building work.
MMP Update
Last week we talked with sanitation workers, library security officers, fire fighters, and other city workers who told us how much they love their jobs helping fellow community members. They told us about the injustice of being asked to cut back more and more while corporate profits are soaring.
